Sales Director

At Kickdynamic we are building the world’s leading content personalization and automation platform for email marketers. It is our mission to help marketers easily send more personalized and automated email content to generate more revenue from their marketing efforts.

The Director of Sales is a critical member of the senior leadership team. We are looking for a talented professional to setup, develop, direct, and lead the Kickdynamic’s sales function. The successful candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on manager, capable of scaling with the organization and adapting in a fast-paced environment with innovative problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities of the role:

Efficient Revenue Generation: you will responsible for developing a sales strategy and model to set and execute against quarterly revenue goals and growth plans.

Leadership: you will report to the CEO and present to the company on a regular basis. You should be exceptionally good at getting people excited about the mission, vision, strategy and opportunities in the company and capable of stepping up to the challenges we are likely to face as a high growth business.

Team Building: recruit, train, and retain talented people to join the team.

Analytics: measure what works, what doesn’t work, and drive business decisions based on the analysis of that data.

What we are looking for

Ideally prior experience at B2B marketing technology company, scaling up from < £1 Million to £20 Million in annual revenue or more.

Self-directed, with ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Organized and rational thinker who is confident interpreting data and is passionate about rigorous CRM use.

Established track record of successfully setting sales strategy and hitting revenue goals.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to initiate, build, and maintain high functioning teams to support future growth.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent presentation (verbal and written) skills.

Someone who has been frustrated by the restrictions of ‘traditional’ email marketing.

Bonus points:
Experience reporting to a growing business CEO.
